In 2009, ALMOST 40 films, many of them feature productions took place here, in the State of Michigan. This compares to only 4 such productions in 2007, almost 30 in 2008. Where will 2010 take us Filmmakers spent approximately 100 million dollars in Michigan in 2008 compared to 4 million in 2007. In 2009, over 40 feature film productions are expected to film in Michigan and close to 200 million dollars will be spent.
